I have been recognized for my experience and expertise in implant dentistry by two separate credentialing organizations. Domestically, I have been awarded Associate Fellowship by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), and Internationally I have been honored to receive certification as a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), an international organization promoting excellence in implant dentistry around the world. I have presented some of my work at meetings of the Academy of General Dentistry, and the AAID. I have also completed the AAID's MaxiCourse - the most comprehensive implant training continuum in the world. Less than one percent of dentists in the United States have been awarded these credentials.
My Qualifications
I graduated from New York University's College of Dentistry in 2014. NYUCD is one of the biggest dental schools in the country, and we were taught by some of the best researchers, clinicians, and educators in the world. My 3.5 cumulative GPA ranked in the first quartile. I believe I received an outstanding education from one of the best dental schools in the country!
After dental school, I spent a year completing a General Practice Residency (GPR), with the VA in Vallejo, California. A GPR is an additional year of dental education with a focus on advanced and complex dentistry. It was here that I first received training in implant dentistry, as well as advanced endodontics (root canals), cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics (replacing teeth), and full mouth reconstruction.
After completing my residency, I worked for almost three years at a high volume dental implant center. In that time I placed and restored around 700 implants. This included everything from single tooth replacements to full mouth reconstructions, and grafting procedures from sinus lifts to guided bone regeneration.

My Bio
Currently, I practice with Dr. Bret Annoni and my brother, Dr. Ben Geleris, in Walnut Creek, California. Our practice has been in its currently location for over 65 years, and a high standard of excellence in clinical care and customer service has been maintained throughout. We have a reputation as compassionate, caring dentists who provide outstanding care to our patients.
I was born and raised in Southern California, and lived there until I left for dental school.
After four years of long distance dating, I married the love of my life, Larissa, on June 21st, 2014. She is funny, smart, loving, patient, and brings so much joy to my life! I followed her to Walnut Creek, California, where we put down our roots.
We have a young son and daughter who fill our world we joy and keep us very busy.
We have the cutest dog in the world; a rescue named Allie. Nothing makes me happier than spending time outdoors.
